The Burman family has picked up a 9.26 percent equity stake in Eveready Industries, up from 5.9 percent. The Burman family, promoters of Dabur India, had a 5.9 percent stake in the Kolkata-based Eveready Industries, the country's largest dry cell battery maker, in February 2020. They increased their holding to 9.26 percent in March 2020. Transactions were done through portfolio management firm Guardian Advisors, owned by Arjun Lamba and others, which manages the investment for the Burmans.
