Zurich Airport International AG has received the security clearance for the construction of the Noida International GA at a cost of Rs 29,560 crores.The Twitter post of S P Goyal, the Principal Secretary in the Chief Minister's Office in Uttar Pradesh(U.P) government and senior officials of the U.P government have revealed that Zurich Airport International AG has been given the security clearance for the development of the Noida International Greenfield Airport(GA) at Jewar.

Zurich Airport International AG, the Switzerland company has been approved by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs to develop the international airport at Jewar in Uttar Pradesh which will cost Rs 29,650 crores. The firm had emerged as the highest bidder to develop the Greenfield Airport on 29 November 2019, outbidding competitors like Adani Enterprises, Delhi International Airport Limited and Anchorage Infrastructure Investments Holding.
