Two unknown sources having direct knowledge of the matter told Reuters that the documents were stolen from Dr. Fox's email account, which was reportedly accessed multiple times between July and October by a Russian group or organization. As the investigation is underway, the sources refused to divulge the name of the Russian hackers and we cannot verify the claim at the moment.
