The fact checks done by the Maldita and Boom Live confirms that the video was old and the incident happened in Spain, not Italy.According to the Maldita, the video of a person who took his life was from a hotel named Valencia in Spain and was neither due to quarantine nor related to the coronavirus. It also mentioned that the National Police in Valencia confirmed that the video is of 24 December 2019 and the person who committed suicide was a female but not a male. Boom Live also debunked the claim stating that the incident happened in Spain in December 2019.
