Mumbai Fire Brigade's Chief Fire Officer Prabhat Rahangdale said that fire broke out in the car park of the Usha Kiran Building in Mumbai. Three fire engines rushed to the spot, and the fire personnel extinguished the blaze using two high-pressured firefighting jets at a time. After checking the CCTV footage of the parking area, Chief Fire Officer Prabhat Rahangdale clarified that the cause for the incident was a defective electric circuit in a car. Five vehicles were damaged in the fire, but no one was injured. The fire broke on June 27, 2020, at 4.30 pm.
