The British government would consider a national 10 PM curfew in order to contain the spread of COVID-19.It is reported that Prime Minister Boris Johnson is believed to introduce a 10 PM curfew on restaurants, bars, and pubs if local measures are unable to bring the spread of the virus under control. These measures are being already followed in Bolton, where restaurants and bars are closed between 10 PM and 5 AM. Also, it is reported that the ministers are reportedly considering a 10 PM curfew for the public and shutting pubs early in order to avoid a second wave. However, restaurants in Bolton are already subjected to this new restriction, and they would close from 10 PM to 5 AM under the measures.

However, the possibility of a national 10 PM curfew is being expressed.
