Harvard University has bestowed IAS officer Ankur Garg with the Raymond Vernon Award for Commitment to International Development.Ankur Garg, 2002-batch of the AGMUT cadre (Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram, and Union Territories), has been awarded Raymond Vernon Award 2020 for Commitment to International Development by the Harvard University.

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has congratulated Garg for his award and said that his work in the state is an inspiration for young officers.
