The original complaint order has been released by The United States Department of Justice on its website states that Ali Alzabarah, a citizen of Saudi Arabia and a former Twitter engineer accused of accessing the accounts of certain twitter users and providing information to representatives of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As per the US Department of Justice report, Ali Alzabarah, Ahmad Abouammo, and Ahmed Almutairi, aka Ahmed Aljbreen were charged for accessing private information.
