PM Modi lauded the courage of the Bihar Regiment and said every Bihari is proud of them. The northern command of the Indian Army also tweeted a tribute video dedicated to the Bihar regiment. The video was captioned 'They are not bats, they are batman' which received a lot of praise from many corners. The Chinese have not praised the Bihar regiment. Instead, they have blamed the Indian Army in general for violating crossing the LAC and attacking Chinese soldiers, which the Indian government denied.
