This year on Easter, which falls on April 12, 2020, many countries will remain under some form of a stay-at-home directive for the holiday. She also posted a template of Easter egg on her Facebook for children to colour in or decorate, and dubbed the initiative as 'The Big New Zealand Easter Egg Hunt'. She also encouraged families to draw an egg and display it on their windows, so other kids in a neighbourhood can spot them from a safe distance.
