The health condition of the former Indian President Pranab Mukherjee continues to remain critical.According to Army's Research and Referral (R & R) Hospital, the former president's condition is serious, and he continues to be on ventilator support. Hospital authorities have clarified that the vital parameters of Mukherjee are stable. Mukherjee was admitted to the R&R hospital on August 10 for brain surgery for removing a blood clot. He had also contracted the COVID-19 infection. Mukherjee's son Abhijit Mukherjee tweeted that his father is responding well to external stimuli & treatment.
