Michael Lewis, in his book "The Fifth Risk.," says that VP Pence went to kiss his wife after Pennsylvania was called in and she turned away from him. According to financial journalist and author Michael Lewis' 2018 book, on election night 2016, Vice President Pence went to kiss his wife after Pennsylvania was called in favor of Trump, and she turned away after saying,“You got what you wanted, Mike. Now leave me alone."

Lewis also wrote that Karen Pence wouldn't say hello to Trump at the gathering. He added that Trump sat staring at the television as the results came in without saying anything.

However, Lewis' source is anonymous and we cannot verify this claim.
