Armed Trump supporters gathered to attack Fox News.

The armed protesters were angry over Fox News calling Arizona for Joe Biden.

The armed protesters were angry over Fox News calling Arizona for Joe Biden. Soon after Fox News called Arizona for Joe Biden on Nov 4, 2020, Donald Trump’s supporters gathered outside the Arizona state capitol on Nov. 7, 2020, in Phoenix. Some of the supporters were armed and could be seen with long guns, as they raised slogans against Fox News.

The Trump campaign was angry that the state was called for Biden by Fox News and Associated Press, despite thousands of ballots still to be counted. However, despite intense pressure from Trump's team, Fox's decision team stood fast with Arizona's election night call for Biden.

A crowd of around 200 people packed in the parking lot outside of Maricopa County election center in Arizona, and some in the crowd tried to get inside the building to see the vote count. The protesters asked officials to let them inside and were seen holding smartphones, claiming they were journalists.

However, it would be wrong to say that the supporters gathered to attack Fox News.
