The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had suggested that if soap and water are not readily available, one can use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol to wash the hands.

Therefore, the posts on social media are spreading fake information regarding the ongoing novel coronavirus issue.
