There is no order passed by the Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte regarding the killing of people who have tested positive for coronavirus.In a televised address on 2 April 2020, President Rodrigo Duterte talked about the breaking of quarantine laws in Philippines. He said that everyone must follow home quarantine measures and people who violate coronavirus lockdown rules could be shot dead.

Responding to Mr Duterte's comments, Philippine National Police Chief Archie Gamboa through his official Twitter account said, he assures that no shooting will happen if everyone will just obey the rules, particularly the guidelines of health authorities on quarantine.

However, there are no orders are issued by the Philippines President on the killing of coronavirus positive people. There is no mainstream media coverage on the topic as well. The only order which was passed by the Philippines President was on quarantine laws as of 3 April 2020.
