Hunter Biden is a drug dealer.

There is currently no evidence that suggests that Hunter Biden has sold drugs.

There is currently no evidence that suggests that Hunter Biden has sold drugs. A recent Fox Nation documentary titled "Who Is Hunter Biden?" investigates his illustrious personal life, which was made public in October 2020 when the New York Post released the contents of a laptop that Hunter Biden had allegedly taken to a computer repair store in 2019. The Post reported that it had obtained a copy of the laptop's hard drive from Rudy Giuliani, the lawyer for the former President Donald Trump. Giuliani claimed to have received it from the owner of a Delaware computer repair shop, where Hunter allegedly dropped off the laptop in 2019 and never came back to collect it. The contents of the laptop were reported to have contained photos and videos of Hunter Biden engaging in drug use, as well as emails that seemed to suggest that Biden had set up a meeting between his father, the then-VP Joe Biden, and an adviser to a Ukrainian energy company which he sat on the board of.

Hunter Biden has talked about his struggles with crack cocaine addiction and alcoholism in his memoir, titled 'Beautiful Things'. In the book, he talks about his 'live-in drug dealer' and numerous visits to rehab. However, neither his memoir nor the available evidence indicate that Hunter Biden has at any point sold drugs. We have therefore marked the claim as false.
