He still refuses to even say anything to Putin about the bounty on the heads of American soldiers.

Former Vice President Joe Biden said President Donald Trump hasn't denounced Russia over reports that it offered bounties to kill U.S. troops in Afghanistan. While it is true that Trump has not denounced Russia over reports, it tracks with the statements he has made about the report. He dismissed the reports as "just another hoax" and said the story of Russian bounties wasn't credible. The New York Times reported that a Russian intelligence unit placed bounties on U.S. troops. Trump said he was never briefed on the report. The White House has said there is no corroborating evidence. The administration has not directly denounced Russia over the reporting.
