The Ministry of Home Affairs has released unlock guidelines 3.0, which does not permit mass gatherings, railway and metro services, cinema halls, and congregations. The Railway department has also decided that it would suspend all its regular train services until further notice. However, the Special train and Shramik trains will operate as usual.
