Billionaire CEO Adar Poonawalla of Serum Institute of India agreed to lease a mansion for 50,000 pounds, Bloomberg reported citing unnamed sources "as the deal is confidential." The estate is one of the largest residences in the affluent neighborhood, measuring about 25,000 square feet. The property in Mayfair has an adjoining guest house and access to Mayfair's "secret gardens."

According to Bloomberg, the property belongs to Polish billionaire Dominika Kulczyk, and spokespersons for Serum Institute and Kulczyk declined to comment.
