Adar Poonawalla rents a London mansion for ₹50 lakh a week.

Apart from Bloomberg's report, no independent report corroborates that Adar Poonawalla rents a London mansion for ₹50 lakh a week.

Apart from Bloomberg's report, no independent report corroborates that Adar Poonawalla rents a London mansion for ₹50 lakh a week. Billionaire CEO Adar Poonawalla of Serum Institute of India agreed to lease a mansion for 50,000 pounds, Bloomberg reported citing unnamed sources "as the deal is confidential." The estate is one of the largest residences in the affluent neighborhood, measuring about 25,000 square feet. The property in Mayfair has an adjoining guest house and access to Mayfair's "secret gardens."

According to Bloomberg, the property belongs to Polish billionaire Dominika Kulczyk, and spokespersons for Serum Institute and Kulczyk declined to comment.

However, only Bloomberg so far has reported on the story. Although there is no reason for Bloomberg's information not to be reliable, Logically cannot corroborate the story as the sources mentioned are anonymous; therefore, we conclude that this claim is unverifiable. We will be updating this claim if new information comes to light.
