President John Magufuli had instructed Tanzanian security forces to check the quality of coronavirus testing kits after goat and fruit test positive. The Twitter post by Ahmed Mohamed dated 3 May 2020, states that John Magufuli president of Tanzia declared that the COVID-19 tests kits used in Tanzania were faulty. He also revealed that several non-human samples sent to the National lab tested positive for COVID-19, including samples from a Papaya, a goat and a sheep.
