Supreme Court order published on the state of New York' Attorney General's website refutes the claim.New York Attorney General Letitia James on Nov. 7, 2019, announced that the New York Supreme Court ordered President Donald J. Trump to pay $2 million in damages for improperly using charitable assets to intervene in the 2016 presidential primaries and further his political interests. The agreement imposes several requirements that the president must meet if he decides to serve as an officer or director of a pre-existing charitable organization or form a new charitable organization and serve as an officer or director thereof in New York, he would need to “provide Annual Reports to the Attorney General for 5 years and It also required Trump’s children Donald Trump Jr, Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump to participate in mandatory training” relating to charitable organizations.

However, the lawsuit does not state that the Trump Foundation stole from a kids' cancer charity, as stated in the claim.
