The man had started showing coronavirus symptoms and later was kept in isolation.

Details on the MOHFW website also confirms that one positive case of COVID-19 had been confirmed in West Bengal.

However, as it is an ongoing issue the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases may increase. But, as of 19 March 2020, West Bengal had reported one positive case of Coronavirus.
