The official page of Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) and BBC News website supports the claim.The MODIS states that the Category 5 Hurricane Dorian slowly started in many of the islands of the Bahamas with maximum wind capacity of 45 km/h and bringing rains. As the wind speed picked up quickly, the system was named as tropical storm Humberto.

The BBC News website mentions that the new storm called Humberto has hit the Bahamas bringing heavy wind and rains after Hurricane Dorian destroyed the islands.

According to USAID website, Tropical Storm Humberto moved away from the Bahamas on September 14 causing rainfall and strong wind.
