As the wind speed picked up quickly, the system was named as tropical storm Humberto.

The BBC News website mentions that the new storm called Humberto has hit the Bahamas bringing heavy wind and rains after Hurricane Dorian destroyed the islands.

According to USAID website, Tropical Storm Humberto moved away from the Bahamas on September 14 causing rainfall and strong wind.
