News reports and details provided by Delhi tourism confirms that more than 500 varieties of mangoes were displayed at the Mango Festival.Delhi Tourism in association with the Government of Delhi organised its 31st Mango festival from July 5 to 7, 2019, at Dilli Haat, Janakpuri. The three days event saw over 500 varieties of mangoes displayed which included Langra, Chausa, Rataul, Mallika, Hussainara, Fazri, Kesar, Amrapali and Ramkela showcased by farmers from Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal under one roof. The mango festival has been taking place in the capital since 1987 intending to promote tourism and the sale of mangoes within and outside India.
