BJP registered a complaint against Mamata Banerjee for not disclosing six criminal cases while filing nominations from the Nandigram constituency.
The BJP filed another case with EC over Trinamool supremo Banerjee's comments against Home Minister Amit Shah, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and other party senior leaders. BJP alleged that Banerjee made a "false and disparaging" statement against senior BJP leaders, reports India Today. NDTV reports that during a rally in Purba Medinipur district on March 20, Banerjee referring to Suvendu Adhikari, said that she was relieved as "Mir Zafars" left her party before assembly elections and termed BJP as "party of feudal lords."
