Trump reportedly alleged Haitian immigrants have AIDS, but there is no reliable direct source to confirm the claim. The New York Times cited two officials who asked for anonymity present in a meeting with President Trump at the White House. The report said the president was angered about the influx of immigrants from Nigeria and Haiti and quoted some numbers given to him by his policy adviser. Trump allegedly said that Haitian immigrants 'all have AIDS' and that Nigerians arriving in the United States would never 'go back to their huts' in Africa.

However, the White House denied that Mr. Trump made any defamatory statements about immigrants during the meeting. Further, the Times stated other officials present did not recall any such comments made by the President. With no proper evidence to suggest that Donald Trump made such a statement, we cannot currently verify this claim's veracity.
