There is insufficient publicly available evidence at the current time to accurately verify this claim. Many theories claimed that fugitive Dawood Ibrahim and his wife tested positive for coronavirus and were admitted to an Army Hospital in Karachi. At the same time, another theory surfaced which claimed that Dawood Ibrahim was killed on the orders of the Pakistan army’s top officials. This claim was made by intelligence inputs from two countries with deep penetration into GHQ Rawalpindi, as well as domestic agencies that were keeping an eye on Dawood on a priority basis since 2017. However, we cannot verify this information as no other reliable news agency or media organization has reported the same. An article published by the Hindustan Times stated that the last time Dawood Ibrahim was seen was at a party at former Pakistan cricketer Javed Miandad’s house on April 19, 2017.
