The image being circulated is actually of Brazilian President, Jair Bolsonaro, and not of the Prime Minister of Italy. An image went viral on social media which showed a leader of the country in tears. The man in the image is widely being described as Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte. However, the image is actually of Brazilian President, Jair Bolsonaro. President Bolsonaro broke down in 2019 while narrating a story during an official Thanksgiving event.
