
As of October 21, the country jabbed 75 percent of its adult population with at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, whereas 31 percent got both.
According to a Hindustan Times report, as of October 21, Uttar Pradesh had administered the most vaccine doses (above 12 crores), followed by Maharashtra and Gujarat.
As of November 12, 1,111,423,316 people have been inoculated. Out of the total, 74,91,79,463 have received at least one dose, and 362,243,853 have taken both doses.
India started its nationwide vaccination drive on January 16, 2021.
