A movie clip is falsely shared as Indian troops capturing Chinese PLA soldiers.

A still from the Bollywood movie L.A.C is falsely shared as the Indian Army capturing Chinese soldiers in Arunachal Pradesh.

A still from the Bollywood movie L.A.C is falsely shared as the Indian Army capturing Chinese soldiers in Arunachal Pradesh.A minor face-off between Indian and Chinese armies took place in the Tawang region of Arunachal Pradesh. Some Chinese soldiers were detained briefly by the Indian military. Against the backdrop of this incident, a viral photo claiming that Indian soldiers had captured 150 China's PLA personnel has been making rounds on social media.

Upon verification, we found that the image had been taken from shooting a film titled 'LAC' uploaded on YouTube. The film is about the clash on the India-China border in June last year, leaving scores of soldiers dead on both sides. It is mentioned that ig_tonyjaa' is the choreographer for the film. Tony Jaa's Facebook post said that the photo was taken from the movie still. Daily Excelsior has also uploaded the movie scenes from the shooting of LAC which confirms that the viral image is not actual. Hence we mark the claim as false.
