Pragya Thakur has alleged that population control laws in the country must only be applicable to anti-nationalists at a gathering in Madhya Pradesh.The BJP Madhya Pradesh Lok Sabha member, Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, addressing Kshatriya Mahasabha's gathering on Dec. 13, 2020, stated that Shudras feel bad when they are referred to as such due to their ignorance and lack of understanding.

She further said that the country's population control policies should only apply to those involved in anti-national activities but not for people who live for the nation. Conveying her words to the women present in Mahasabha, she added that Kshatriya should understand their duties and produce more children to enroll them into the armed forces to strengthen national security.
