All employees in the U.S. must be vaccinated against COVID-19.

The U.S. federal government has not mandated the COVID-19 vaccine for all employees, while several companies have implemented compulsory vaccination. The Delta variant of COVID-19 has been spreading in the U.S. at an alarming rate even though more than 50 percent of the population are fully vaccinated. As a result, CDC has issued new guidelines about compulsory masking and vaccination.

Due to the prevalent pandemic situation, many companies in America have announced vaccination plans to control the spread of the virus. The FDA recently granted full approval to Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine. Some major companies have implemented mandatory vaccination for their employees in the workplace. They have told employees to get compulsorily vaccinated against the COVID-19 or to submit weekly COVID-19 testing results. Organizations like Amazon, Netflix, LinkedIn Crop, CVS Health, Deloitte, and several others have given deadlines to get the jab.

However, in its recommendation, the CDC has said that the federal government does not mandate vaccination for any individual. Still, local governments or employers can mandate workers for vaccination to ensure a safe workplace. Hence we mark the claim as part true.
