BLM members were at the capitol riots.

Most of the rioters at the Capitol Building were pro-Trump supporters and no BLM activists or supporters were found amongst the rioting mob.

Most of the rioters at the Capitol Building were pro-Trump supporters and no BLM activists or supporters were found amongst the rioting mob.Hundreds of people stormed the Capitol Building as they tried to stop the election process of certifying Joe Biden as the next US president. After attending a Trump rally in DC, the huge crowd had gathered at the Capitol, which drew a mix of far-right groups. People were seen wearing and waving Trump-branded flags and caps. The mob included anti-government extremists, white nationalists, boogaloo boys, and QAnon supporters, who were heavily armed.

However, there is no evidence of BLM (Black Lives Matter) members' presence apart from unwarranted social media posts, which connected the rioters to BLM. The majority of them were Trump supporters, who were incited by his speech and heeded his call to come to Washington. An FBI official said that he had seen “no indication” of Antifa activists disguised as Trump supporters in Wednesday’s riot.

The U.S. Department of Justice is conducting the investigation and has arrested more than 100 people connected with the case. The suspects include people who are pro-Trump. The videos and photos provide more evidence that the men belonged to varied groups who are ardent Trump supporters.

The social media posts, court files, and public records of those facing criminal charges related to the Jan. 6, unrest prove that Trump supporters perpetrated the violence.
