Indian Army and Chinese officials have blamed each other for crossing the Line of Actual Control in a recent face-off.
In a recent incident, the Indian Army accused that Chinese troops tried to transgress into the Indian side of the LAC on the southern bank of Pangong Tso lake with provocative military movement. The official said the Army thwarted the PLA's attempt on the night of August 29 and early hours of August 30.
The next day, a Chinese military spokesperson said that the Indian Army had illegally crossed the LAC at Pangong Tso lake and Reqin mountain. The Western Theater Command spokesperson Senior Colonel Zhang Shuili noted that India has broken their promise and intruded into the China-controlled Galwan valley by attacking their soldiers.
However, we do not have ground evidence to back the claim.
