The claim is inconsistent with the press release by the International Court of Justice.The press release document released by the International Court of Justice (ICJ), shows that ICJ has stated that the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, in the subject of the detention and trial of an Indian national, Mr Kulbhushan Sudhir Jadhav, has acted in infringement of the responsibilities binding on it under Article 36 of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations,1963. ICJ has directed Pakistan to inform Jadhav without further delay of his rights and to provide Indian consular officers access to him and also asked Pakistan to review how the violation of the Vienna Convention have affected the trial according to its military court justice system.
