
A press release by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi confirms the death toll in Delhi has crossed 2,000.
The health bulletin released by the Government of Delhi shows that cumulative COVID-19 total positive cases reported in Delhi were 2,003 as on 19 April 2020.
News quoting Delhi police said that four youths have escaped from a quarantine centre in Civil Lines area of north Delhi. Among the four youths, one is from Bihar, the other two are from Assam and Uttar Pradesh, the Fouth one is resident of Delhi and reported that the incident took place on 17 April 2020. The quarantine centre was built in a government school at Magazine road, the police have registered a complaint and started the investigation.
