A woman in Kerala died after accidentally running into a glass door in a bank.

Beena Jiju Paul died after colliding with the glass door at a Bank of Baroda branch in Perumbavoor, Ernakulam.The CCTV footage shows that Beena was rushing out of the bank when she accidentally walked into the glass door on 15 June 2020. The glass door broke on impact, and she was wounded by a piece of glass. She was able to stand up immediately, but her abdomen was bleeding. The people who were present at the incident had helped her into a chair. She was taken to the Taluk Hospital in Perumbavoor, where she succumbed to her injuries later. The police who inspected the premises registered a case of unnatural death and started an investigation.
