Trump's campaign has filed a lawsuit over election results in Pennsylvania and asked to declare Trump as the winner.

Trump's campaign has filed a lawsuit over election results in Pennsylvania and asked to declare Trump as the winner.Democratic candidate Joe Biden has won 306 electoral votes and is set to become the United States' next President. But Trump's campaign has filed many lawsuits in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and a few other states in a bid to reverse the election results. The complaint asks the judge to declare that the 2020 presidential general election results are defective and provide for the Pennsylvania General Assembly to choose Pennsylvania’s electors who can cast votes in the U.S. Electoral College system.

As the deadline looms to certify the elections, Trump has asked the judge to invalidate all the questioned ballots. He accused Democratic states of stealing the election by not letting the Republican observers check thousands of mail ballots.
