In a tweet, Jones reacted angerly and disagreed the BBC's decision. According to the Daily Mail report, currently, anyone over the age group of 75 in Britain is eligible for a free TV licence and from June 2020, only over the age group of 75 who receive Pension Credit will get free TV licence. It is consistent with a video uploaded by ITV news on its Youtube Channel.
