Hostels, special scholarships, quotas for education and jobs are provided for minorities. Free bicycles, free rail pass to Muslim females and free laptops to Muslim men.

As per the latest news release by All India Trinamool Congress, on 25 June 2019, a scheme called Aikyashree was introduced for meritorious but economically backward students (both boys and girls) belonging to minority communities (including Buddhists, Christians, Jains, Muslims, Sikhs and Parsis). This is not an exclusive scholarship meant only for Muslims.
