A four-year-old photo of Arvind Kejriwal is being shared on social media with the false claim that he recently offered prayers at Jama Masjid in DelhiAn image of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in which he can be seen wearing a skull cap, has gone viral on social media with the claim that the CM offered prayers at the Jama Masjid in New Delhi on the first day of the year.

However, this photograph is an old one and was captured in July 2016 when Kejriwal broke the Ramzan fast with all other devotees at Malerkotla in Sangrur, Patiala. The Aam Aadmi Party Punjab had also tweeted the same photo on July 7, 2016, with the caption, "Happy Eid to you all" (Translated). Getty Images also has photos of the same event.
