Soros had launched a super Political Action Committee(PAC) called Democracy PAC, to serve as a hub for his 2020 election spending.

PAC is an organization that pools campaign contributions from members and donates those funds to campaigns for or against candidates and requires registration from the Federal Election Commission for its operations. Soros had spent $28.3 million on the 2020 election during the first three months of the year, including $10 million to fight voter disenfranchisement.

During the elections, the security is ensured by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency(CISA), which is a government organization and is not funded by any private groups and investors.
