Most of the founding members of NASA were ex-Nazis.

The official documents published on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) website partially confirms the claim.

The official documents published on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) website partially confirms the claim. The official website of NASA published the Biography of Dr Wernher von Braun in which they state that he was one of the most important rocket developers, founding member of NASA and a champion in space exploration in the 20th century and also an SS officer and a former member of the Nazi party.

In another document published by NASA titled "Vanguard - A history", it has been reported that the American space engineers and Nazi rocket scientists have worked very closely. It also states that many Nazi officers and scientists have played major roles during the early years of American space exploration.

Even though there are mentions of Nazi contributions in the early days of space exploration, there aren't enough sources to prove that most of the founding members of NASA were Nazis.
