Jamia Millia Islamia University has secured the first spot with a 90% score among all central universities in the country.

Jamia Millia Islamia University has secured the first spot with a 90% score among all central universities in the country.The rankings of various central universities were released by the Ministry of Education. Jamia Millia secured the first spot with a score of 90% in the list of top 40 central universities. The score is based on an evaluation of key parameters fixed under an MOU. The Vice-chancellor Najma Akhtar attributed the success to high-quality teaching, relevant and focused research. Rajiv Gandhi University, which came in the second place, scored 83%, followed by JNU.
