The left eye of the toddler has been digitally edited on to the forehead. So, the viral video claiming that a baby has born with three eyes is fake.A video that appeared which instantly went viral in social media showed a baby with three eyes. We did not find any credible reports about a baby born with three eyes in Germany. After a reverse search, an old video uploaded on Twitter captioned as a three-eyed man appeared.

On observing the viral clip, we notice that the movements of the left eye match the third eye on the forehead, and through a frame by frame comparison, it proved that the left eye of the toddler had been digitally morphed on to the forehead. There is no credible report to suggest that the video is genuine.
